客室内におけるモバイルバッテリーのご使用について

平素はオリエンタルホテル福岡 博多ステーションをご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。 昨今、モバイルバッテリーの発熱や発火による事故が国内外で報告されております。当ホテルではすべてのお客様に安全・安心にご滞在いただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご利用に関しまして、以下の点にご留意いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

不在時の充電について	お食事や外出などで客室を不在にされる際は、必ず充電をお止めください。
充電場所について	ベッド、布団、ソファの上など燃えやすいものの上や、直射日光の当たる場所での充電はお控えください。放熱が妨げられ、発熱・発火の原因となる恐れがございます。
ご使用中の確認について	充電中は、万が一のトラブルに備え、お客様の目の届く範囲でご使用ください。
清掃時の対応について	連泊中の客室清掃時に、上記のような危険な状態（不在時の充電や可燃物上での充電など）が確認された場合、火災予防の観点からスタッフがコンセントを抜く、または安全な場所へ移動させる等の措置をとらせていただく場合がございます。

Important Notice Regarding the Use of Mobile Batteries in Guest Rooms

Thank you very much for staying at Oriental Hotel Fukuoka Hakata Station. Recently, there have been reports of smoke and fire incidents caused by mobile batteries (power banks) both domestically and internationally. To ensure the safety and peace of mind of all our guests, we kindly request that you observe the following guidelines regarding their use within guest rooms.

Charging While Away	Please refrain from charging mobile batteries when you are not in the room, such as when going out or dining. Please ensure they are unplugged before leaving the room.
Charging Locations	Please avoid charging on flammable materials such as beds, bedding, or sofas, or in places exposed to direct sunlight (e.g., near windows). Doing so may prevent heat dissipation and could lead to overheating or fire.
Monitoring During Use	To prevent any potential accidents, please charge devices in a location where you can monitor their condition at all times.
Safety Measures During Housekeeping	For guests staying multiple nights: If our housekeeping staff observes any of the above hazardous conditions (such as charging while the room is unoccupied or charging on flammable materials) during cleaning, we may unplug the device or move it to a safe location to ensure fire safety.
